STUDIO 1

Measuring over 800 sqft and can accommodate up to 16 dancers comfortably. Our dance floor rests on a system of high-density rubber underlays and laminate wood flooring. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirrors and sound system compatible for audio input jack. This studio overlooks the street with many windows for natural lighting and ventilation.

Standard Rate: RM 120 per hour
Package Rate: RM 400 for 4 hours (utilized within a month)

Measuring over 900 sqft and can accommodate up to 18 dancers comfortably. Our dance floor rests on a system of high-density rubber underlays and dance mats. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirrors and sound system compatible for audio input jack and bluetooth.

Standard Rate: RM 120 per hour
Package Rate: RM 400 for 4 hours (utilized within a month)

It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mirrors and sound system compatible for audio input jack. Studio 3 and 4 can be combined into one large open space for practically any occasion including large dance groups, workshops, events, large meeting groups, etc.

Measuring over 200 sqft and can accommodate up to 6 dancers comfortably. Our dance floor rests on a system of high-density rubber underlays and laminate wood flooring. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mirrors and sound system compatible for audio input jack, bluetooth and USB devices.

STUDIO 1 (WITH SHOES ON)

Spanning over 600 sqft, this studio comfortably accommodates up to 15 dancers. It is fully air-conditioned, features fans for added ventilation, and includes LED lighting with adjustable color settings. The space is equipped with mirrors and a versatile sound system compatible with audio input jacks, Bluetooth, and USB devices. Please note, this studio is designated for dancers wearing shoes only.

Standard Rate: RM 150 per hour
Package Rate: RM 520 for 4 hours (utilized within a month)

STUDIO 2 (WITHOUT SHOES)

Covering over 930 sqft, this studio comfortably accommodates up to 25 dancers. It is fully air-conditioned and includes fans for added ventilation. The space features mirrors, ballet barres, and a versatile sound system compatible with audio input jacks, Bluetooth, and USB devices. Please note, this studio is exclusively for dancers without shoes.

Standard Rate: RM 150 per hour
Package Rate: RM 520 for 4 hours (utilized within a month)

STUDIO 3 (WITHOUT SHOES)

Covering over 900 sqft, this studio comfortably accommodates up to 15 participants. It is fully air-conditioned and includes fans for added ventilation. The space features mirrors, aerial yoga hammocks, and yoga mats, along with a versatile sound system compatible with audio input jacks, Bluetooth, and USB devices. Please note, this studio is exclusively for use without shoes, and the use of aerial yoga hammocks and yoga mats is charged separately.

Standard Rate: RM 150 per hour
Package Rate: RM 520 for 4 hours (utilized within a month)

RENTAL POLICIES

The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the dance studio rental:

  • All bookings must be made at least three (3) days before the studio is needed and subject to availability and approval.
  • Package rate is applicable for rental of at least four (4) hours package to be used within a month period.
  • Bookings can be made via email (ann@dancepot.my), telephone (+6012-3800 299) or in person.
  • Full payments is required at time of booking.
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance in order to receive credit valid for future rentals, otherwise, the reserved studio must be paid for in full.
  • Rental time must be respected as studio usage may be back to back with another rental.
  • Renters must vacate the studios promptly at the conclusion of rental period, removing all tape markings, personal belongings, etc., from the studio, or else a surcharge will be applied.
  • No food or drink except for bottled water is permitted in the studios.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the premise.
  • Street shoes are not permitted in the studios
  • Any damage to the equipments or facilities will be charged to the renter.
  • Registered DancePot students are entitled for 50% discount off the standard rate.
