Whether you’re feeling stressed or just need more energy to do the things you love, Yoga is the answer. Our Yoga class helps you to reconnect with your energy, bring every cell and muscle back to life and lift your heart. It gives you time to be with yourself every week — observing, learning something new, feeling your body getting stronger, squeezing out tense muscles and calming down.

The system of yoga believes that healing “life energy” is absorbed into the body through the breath and can treat a wide variety of illnesses and complaints for many conditions, including back pain, stress and depression. Your age, flexibility or past experience does not matter – anyone can do Yoga! Our Yoga class is designed for beginners, experienced yoga students and everyone in between.

What to Wear for Yoga

Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that is easy to move in and can handle sweat. Your clothes should be able to stretch but no be too loose or flowing. Remove loose accessories. Be bare-footed and bring your own towel, drinking water and yoga mat (if you don’t have, you may borrow from one of our standby mats first).

YOGA CLASS

There are various different types of yoga, but all work towards the same goal. That is, they all seek to unify the mind, spirit, and body; and to increase strength and flexibility. Asanas, or physical postures, are emphasized when the body is out of shape, in need of healing, or not flexible enough. In this class, we mix the elements of Hatha Yoga with Gentle Flow to create a soft, fluid class appropriate for all levels.

Requirements: No experience necessary

YOGA WHEEL

A yoga wheel is a circular shaped prop that helps open the front side body, assists in advanced yoga postures, and rolls out the spine. It helps reverse the ridiculous amount of hunched forward positioning that our modern society requires especially after eight hours of sitting at a desk. The yoga wheel will immediately stretch your entire front side body – hip flexors, abdomen, chest, and shoulders. It’s a serious heart opener!

INSIDE FLOW

Inside Flow is a revolutionary Vinyasa Flow practice founded by Young Ho Kim and now getting popular around the world. In Inside Flow class, you are singing a song with your body. You will move from one posture to another with the music and embody the energy of the song, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga!

Requirements: Recommended to have basic yoga experience
