Adults New Classes Schedule

COLLECTING STUDENTS! All the new classes listed below have yet to start and we are still collecting students. Once we have collected enough numbers, we will Whatsapp to inform you when the first class will commence.

CLASS PRICING: We have moved to a new credit-based model instead of monthly fee. The cost per class is determined by the credit tier purchased (1 credit = RM40 / 10 credits = RM300). Higher credit tiers offer a lower per-class cost, providing more value for committed members.

Zumba Fitness dance is like an aerobics option for people who do not like to run, bike or use cardio machines. Cardiovascular exercises are performed to hot music using various traditional dance steps or choreographed routines combining traditional, Latin or modern dance steps with cardio moves. So are you ready to party yourself into shape? That is exactly what our Zumba Fitness dance classes are all about. Burn calories with a heart-pumping dance music, ditch the workout and join the party!

Level: Anyone
Duration: 1 hour per class. 
Requirements: No experience necessary.

What To Wear
Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that is easy to move in and can handle sweat. Wear clean sneakers that support dance movement — good shoes can include cross trainers, dance sneakers, or even running shoes. Students need to bring in their clean shoes separately as we do not allow outdoor shoes into the studio space for hygiene purposes. Students should also bring water and a towel.

If you have never danced before or tried Hip-Hop, this is your course. This introductory level dance class is open to all adult students without any prior dance experience. This foundation class focuses on building technical skills, freestyle ability and mastering the basic of Hip-Hop techniques. This class incorporates basic dance vocabulary, placement and movement in a specific technique, which in turn prepares you to progress to the more advanced stages of Hip-Hop dance.

Level: Beginner 
Duration: 1 hour per class.
Requirements: No experience necessary.

What To Wear
You may wear anything you are comfortable to move about. Do prepare a pair of clean indoor sport shoes/sneakers separately as we do not allow outdoor shoes into the studio for hygiene purposes.

Contemporary dance combines the modern dance elements and the classical ballet elements. This class provides a wonderful introduction to contemporary dance and self-expression drawing upon elements of contemporary technique. This class is designed for students with little or no training in contemporary dance and who like to move, take risks and be expressive.

Level: Beginner
Duration: 1 hour per class. 
Requirements: No experience necessary.

What To Wear
You may wear anything you're comfortable with and easy to move about. Class is taken barefoot.

Aerial Yoga or also known as Fly Yoga uses a fabric hammock to provide support for a total body conditioning and stretching activities with low stress on joints. Aerial Yoga teaches coordination and concentration and takes yoga poses to a new level, making usually challenging poses easier to achieve for those who have difficulties with traditional yoga progressions. It utilizes the benefits of gravity, core balance and body weight training, making it a rewarding and fun exercise.

Level: Beginner 
Duration: 1 hour per class. 
Requirements: No experience necessary.
Monthly Fee: RM 120 per month

What To Wear
  • To protect the hammock from ripping and also to protect injuring yourself, DO NOT wear any watch, jewelry, earrings, necklace, any protruding piercing.
  • Wear fitted clothing that covers the armpits and long leggings to protect your skin from becoming sore when it rubs against the hammock.
  • Yoga mat for floor postures.

Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout that has you flying in the air and diving to the ground. The chord is pulling you up so your job is to keep it down and to do that you use a lot of core and legs.

Girl Style dance is a more feminine interpretive version of dance while incorporating various movements in the genre of street dance. Have fun and learn energetic moves that are sexier, more fluid and feminine. In this introductory level, students learn through grounded movements, body isolations, strong hits and flowing movements suitable for the female body – all with a subtle twist of sexy!

Yoga helps you to reconnect with your energy, bring every cell and muscle back to life and lift your heart. It gives you time to be with yourself every week — observing, learning something new, feeling your body getting stronger, squeezing out tense muscles and calming down.

What To Wear
Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that is easy to move in and can handle sweat. Your clothes should be able to stretch but no be too loose or flowing. Remove loose accessories. Be bare-footed and bring your own towel, drinking water and yoga mat (if you don't have, you may borrow from one of our standby mats first).

The Aerial Hoop or also known as Lyra, uses a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves. The Aerial Hoop requires a skillful balance of strength, stamina and flexibility, something which you will progressively work on during the class. As with any aerial skill, the core muscles are essential in being able to execute moves with confidence.

This program engages students with an incredible performance of classical folk dances from across China such as the Lantern Dance, Ribbon Dance, Fan Dance and many more. Chinese dance has its own systematic training and encompasses many types of leaps, turns, flips, spins, and tumbling techniques that have not historically been part of ballet. It is a dance form as ancient as Chinese civilization itself, and it contains China’s deep cultural traditions.

Level: Beginner
Duration: 1 hour per class. 
Requirements: No experience necessary. 

What To Wear
For first timer trial, you may first wear anything stretchable and easy to move about, e.g. t-shirt, leggings and bare foot.

This class will introduce you to the amazing world of belly dance! You will learn the history, terminology, basic movements, isolation and rhythms that apply to all forms of belly dance. Learn to express your inner goddess in a safe, supportive class designed for everyone, regardless of shape and age.

Tap dance is all about creating music with your feet. Each session consists of basic warm ups, across the floor and coordination exercises. Students will also get to learn new dance choreography or combination for every Tap lesson they attend. Get ready to learn new techniques such as shuffling, hitspring and time step when you come for our classes.

What To Wear
For first timer trial, you may first wear anything stretchable and easy to move about. If you do not have a tap shoes, you may wear either character shoes, clean sport shoes or even barefoot will be fine during first trial.

Aerial Dance is still a relatively unknown artform. Aerial Dance incorporates a hammock that is attached to the ceiling, allowing performers to explore space. Combining athleticism and creative expression, Aerial Dance provides a full body work out. Students experience the grace and beauty of this art form, while having fun and building strength!

What To Wear
